The house sleeps 6 and has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 full sized beds and a studio with combined kitchen/living room/bedroom (queen size bed)

The cottage consists of 2 floors. The first floor is a large studio with combined living room + bedroom (queen bed, sleeps 2) and kitchen. The second floor has 2 full sized beds (sleeps 2+2).

Guests have access to the full 60 acres of Kismet Farm consisting of large apple orchards and a beautiful pond.
