"Rooms were clean and very nice. Main issue was with the location of my room specifically. I was next to the concierge lounge. No complaints about the food, it was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 6:00 am. I could hear people going in and out because the door slams shut. It was nonstop starting at 6:00 am. In addition, there was no running water in my room during the last hour or so of my stay. I was unable to shower which was also inconvenient. "

"I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at this Hilton property. Despite arriving four hours after the official check-in window began, I was informed upon arrival that the room I had already paid for was unavailable. The primary issue was the lack of communication and hospitality. My family and I were asked to wait by the front desk for approximately 30 minutes while the staff coordinated a solution, yet we were never offered an apology for the inconvenience. The indifference shown by the staff made an already frustrating situation much worse. I expected the high standard of service typically associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be reconsidering my future bookings with this chain."
