Shalom Cottage with private beach rights.

This is a beautiful cottage that we finished up and we have 2 more cottages in progress for guest to enjoy. We are about 7min walk to our beautiful private beach which has soft sand and quiet for guest to enjoy and popular seafood restaurants all near us. We are only listing our cottage with Vrbo only so it’s very private. I also live about 200 feet away at my main house. I look forward to be part of this community.

Quiet place with a lot to do
This property was very nice. It is a quiet little cottage. The day of check-in the host sent me a ton of places to eat and things to do in the area. It was very nice to have the information for an area I wasn't super familiar with.

The cottage was cute, comfortable and quiet. The rest of the property is being renovated so try to overlook this. Raj was a good host, provided many minor amenities to make the stay comfortable; fresh flowers, snacks, water, fresh fruit, etc. The place needed a few more updates /additions to make it more comfortable. Raj stated he would take this into concideration. It was clean and comforatable.

Quaint cottage
Raj and his wife were super hosts and always making sure we had everything we needed. Extremely helpful couple. We wish them the very best in there upcoming adventure for future cottages. There was coffee fruit cereal all the towels you needed when ever you needed them Thank you again Raj.

Adorable little cottage
Raj made everything so easy! The cottage was so adorable. It was in a great location for all the sights we wanted to see and Raj made great recommendations. It was quiet but it's also off season so not a lot of traffic. He supplied us with everything we needed. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again!
