"Had to get staff up to the room to switch the heat/ac unit to summer instead of winter. The room was pretty warm when we got into it. The staff was up to the room in about 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to find and fix the problem. Might suggest that a drop dead date (June 1) all units get that switched over."
