"So lucky to have found this hidden gem near Mountain View. We booked over a year in advance to see and experience the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. "This was the best vacation rental by far! The house was a homestead then a boarding house. There are 3 porches, and they all have a great view. The AC and all of the appliances worked. There’s a creek close by to fish in. The cottage is adorable, functional, and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you!"

"This tiny house was immaculately clean and exactly as described by the owner. It was just a few minutes from downtown and from Blanchard caverns. It was so peaceful that you could really hear the birds singing quite loudly early in the morning. I was able to feel quite safe walking my dog in the neighborhood."

"We had a blast! 5 couples came for a relaxing weekend and that is exactly what this place gave us! Everything is big enough to accommodate a large group. They even had someone stop by and bring flys swatters. Everything was a promised. Unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of rain, then lack of sunshine. Pool was very cold. But that kind of cold will be great in the hot summer months. I highly recommend this place."
