The check in/ check out process was quick and simple, which we all greatly appreciated. "The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. "

"I will never stay at a Hampton Inn for the rest of my life. Pool was OOO which was fine other than we were repeated lied to. Our AC in room was not working. First night it was 81 in room. Next morning asked for maintenance while we were out for the day or to be moved. Came back and the new rep had no idea and no one looked at air. They gave me new Room. As we moved into it we realized the room was covered with 30-40 ‘lady bugs’. Three women are not about to stay there. After talking I asked to have the remainder of my stay (3 days) cancel and was refused. To be fair- Expedia was no help either. Never again. I will just go direct thru hotel chains and not 3rd party. "
