The hotel is very clean — which I truly appreciate because I’m very sensitive to even the slightest bit of unclean conditions. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and check-in is smooth every time. I’ve arrived later than the 3pm check-in time and never had any issues. "The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. The bed was comfortable, the decor was cute, we loved the little refrigerator and of course the color. The location was perfect! No hassles, easy check in and our cabin was ready early. We were able to check in a couple hrs before our check in time which was nice. We would definitely stay here again! "
