  • Welcome to our home — a peaceful, stylish retreat in a central location close to everything you want to explore.

    This home is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped with modern conveniences, making it a great fit for guests who want to relax, work remotely, or enjoy time with family and friends. With two dedicated workspaces, fast access to major destinations, and a quiet private setting, it offers both comfort and convenience.

    You’ll be less than 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs and the race track, about 15 minutes from Albany, and around 45 minutes from Lake George and the Adirondacks.

    In warmer months, enjoy the large sunny deck, the automated awning for shade, the outdoor gas grill, and the fire pit for relaxing evenings outside.

    The main living room features high ceilings, bookshelves, a 55-inch OLED Smart TV, and a connected PlayStation 4. A second living room offers a cozy mountain-lodge feel, with board games, puzzles, a full-size daybed, and another dedicated workspace.

    The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, both bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom includes another workspace with a 44-inch widescreen monitor.

We used this house for a fall trip to upstate NY with our granddaughters. It exceeded our expectations! It was well maintained and well decorated. The attention to detail was excellent and way beyond what you typically see at a rental. There were 2 adjustable work desks to use and device charging stations and cords everywhere. The furniture was very comfortable and the TVs were excellent for streaming off my iPad. The location is great for getting into the Adirondacks while being close to Latham for shopping and eating. Additionally the Erie Canal tow path trail is just a couple miles from the house for hiking and Bowman Orchard is just down the road for apple picking. It is a quiet neighborhood and the house is in a quieter cut-de-sac. We have stayed at a couple other rentals for this annual fall trip but I think this is this one that we will return to each year from now on. Thanks for the comfortable stay!
