"The staff support was non existent, this was never a four star facility, a drunken brawl developed on our third night, staff were aware of the problem from around 7pm but the police were not called until very late in the evening when the disturbance was out of control, with Expedia's no returns no matter the cause left us heavily out of pocket, no way could we feel safe in that environment "
