Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square by IHG

Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square by IHG

8/10 Good
"It was a challenge to get past the rather arrogant person working the check-in desk so that we could give this a good review. Other than David(?) sighing while we looked up our IHG member number, it was a great place to stay."
