"Clean, well stocked house. Fun decor. Loved having the hot tub and ping pong table. Door and HVAC control access via web interface (yay not having to install an app!) was super easy and convenient. Host was very helpful and communicative."
"When arriving at the unit, I was surprised to see it was a duplex. Nothing wrong with that. It had a private drive i could use or street parking. When we walked up, the front porch reeked of dog feeces. The front door has to be worked to get the dead bolt to engage properly, moving the door back and forth and hoping it works this time. The floors are sticky but it could be because they are painted over wood floors. The living room had a very strong ammonia smell coming from the closet by the TV. The AC worked well, the TV and dining room was nice. The kitchen had the proper cooking utensils but the stove is very uneven and would wobble when cooking. The bedding seemed clean and there were large closets. The bathroom had a very nice shower head, but the curtain really needs replaced and the soaps that are on site are half used personal bottles. And during our last evening there the neighbors across the street began screaming at each other and raced off in their car around midnighy. You could hear gun shots at night too, but you are in the city and thats bound to happen. I just hope the 50 cleaning fee I paid actually went into proper cleaning of the property. You get what you pay for here. "
"Place looks a lot better in photos than in actuality but all in all WAY better than any hotel. The parking situation is a bit dicey though and the door to the bathroom can use an upgrade."
"Well i rented the property 2 months b 4 the trip. Three days b 4 i was to leave ,i ask about a early check in and im informed the property is rented and i have no place to stay. Billy the property manager said his assistant was supposed to message me weeks ago. Oh that makes it better. Set me up in a different place. Needless to say Billy w not b getting my business again. Oh and the other place was a apartment not a house as i originally rented. "
Fully Renovated Modern 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Home Close to Downtown Cleveland
8/10 Good
"We booked the property for a long weekend. We had a wedding close to the flats in downtown Cleveland. It was a 13 minute Uber ride and was a decent location. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but it looks like the block we were in, was being renovated and neighbors were all very nice. The home was totally renovated and Rey did a nice job. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a good place if you need a place to sleep. Not many items in the home for cooking or longer stays. Rey was fast to respond with questions. I would recommend bringing extra blankets, maybe a sound machine as you can hear a lot of outside noise like sirens, motorcycles and cars. If you plan on making food I would bring your own foil, baggies, casserole dishes and cookie sheets. Maybe they will accumulate these things as it is pretty new. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
