Welcome to Kamm's Corners! This centrally-located, stylishly decorated, and well-appointed house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive, the airport is only 10 minutes away, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is just 20 miles away. This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land!
The Space:
Spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for one unit of a duplex. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor and the laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units of the duplex.
There is a futon in the office if you need additional sleeping space. This area is a bit odd, as it is located off of the bathroom, but there is a door separating the rooms, so you can use it if needed.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street. We look forward to welcoming you to your cozy and convenient Cleveland home!
Note: The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. The area is clean, tidy, and mold-free.

🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)

We had a long-term stay at this property, and it was great!

The location near Kamm's Corners was really convenient to where we needed to be on the west side of Cleveland. There was ample off-street parking, and we felt secure throughout our stay.
