The room was clean and tidy. It is very simple but provided for us what we needed as we traveled between Cleveland Clinic and the Extended Stay Suites. Our big complaint was smoke smell many times in the building while we were there, especially on one particular night. It is a no smoking in building premise, but evidently not strictly followed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It appears that they may have their hands full, due to some of the people who appear to be staying there on a full time basis. We marked them down, due to residents not following the No Smoking rule.

We booked 2 rooms and checked in and NO lobby to speak of. Went to the rooms and one room was not cleaned! No sheets on the bed, floor not swept, dirty dishes in the sink, smelled really bad. They had to clean a room for us. This was at between 5-6 in the evening when we arrived! No coffee pot in rooms, no breakfast on site, ect. and questionable people living on site! NOT SAFE! Never go there again!!!!!

I will not be staying here again. Walls are paper thin. The rooms are very stale, unwelcoming, and outdated. The overall appearance and vibe of the place feels very barrack / infirmary with how tight the hallways are and how tiny the rooms are. Overall just not a place to stay if you’re looking for an overnight business trip.

Arrived a little before 9 PM and it took multiple phone calls to raise a clerk who then took nearly ten minutes to arrive at the front desk. Found long dark hairs in the bed despite nobody in our family having long dark hair. No shampoo, only one bar of soap. Complimentary carry out breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30 but at 9:15 there was no sign of it or of staff to direct us to it. Shower only got warm at best. Weird smell throughout, particularly in the elevator.

Didn’t like they have residents living there on government support without telling you felt intimidating the time. Didn’t not trust leaving bags when not there no batteries in remote only to find out the remote doesn’t work. Shower wasn’t too hot smelled a little in room and hallways. Looked like some staff and other residents were on drugs. But they were waiting on me patiently when I arrived left and came back. I wouldn’t book this hotel unless they went under and extreme overhaul or it was my last resort.

There were roaches on the walls by the elevator on floor 3. Sheets were dirty. Room key didn’t work and when I called about a replacement it was like it was an inconvenience for them to have to deal with it. My kid has some bumps on her arms now gonna just guess because of how dirty it was possible bed bugs. Gotta go get everything super cleaned. Other people that were there said they were having issues with the property after hours also. Day staff was great overnight and early morning staff completely useless and no help at all if I could with being such a short notice trip would’ve cancelled and rather slept in our vehicle

Booked seven rooms for 10 nights. Got bedbug bites on first night. Had to move everyone to another clean hotel. They wouldn’t refund payment for the unused nights. Other things to note….kitchen utensils must be rented separately. Rooms unequipped and dirty.

This hotel was a poor excuse for an extended stay type of hotel. The value was horrible. $100 plus per night and I have to rent plates and utensils? Absolutely ridiculous. No lobby, a bed that looks like it came out of a dorm. Absolutley zero amenities. I would have been more comfortable in a motel 6 or Red Roof at half the cost. Broken slats on the window shade. Refrigerator was dirty. Needless to say I will never be back.

It was after 8pm, had to call desk for service, that took over 20 min. Finally in room, the room had a terrible odor, outside of refrig, walls, blinds and floors were dirty, television had smudged drip marks It was so dirty i didnt stay, i left hotel. The heating/cooling unit was very loud and kept waking me up. Other guests in the halls kept waking me up. The toilet is not well seated/sealed. It "rocked" every time you got up from it. There is a burn in the kitchenette countertop that was ugly.

Liked nothing. Property is advertised as pet friendly, but what is not advertised is that there is an additional pet fee. The bathroom was not well kept. Moulding peeled away from wall behind toilet. Mold around bathtub. Not much soundproofing. Entry door to the motel from the back did not work well, required insertion of pass key twice and lifting of handle (depressing handle is the normal procedure). Would not recommend.
