* Make sure the temperature is set to 75 degrees (during warm months) or 68 degrees (during cold months) * Bag any overflowing trash and put in outdoor trash can. * Lock all EXTERNAL doors.
* Check out by 10 a.m. If you need an exception, ask us the day before. * If you leave early, please just message us when you are checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
