Liked: Communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the property was not clean upon arrival. Many surfaces were visibly dirty and sticky. The floors were so filthy that our bare feet and socks turned black within minutes of walking around. There were also numerous maintenance issues throughout the home. Several doors would not close properly, and some door handles actually came off when used. The outdoor TV and patio lights did not work, which made it very difficult to enjoy the outdoor space as advertised.Basic amenities were lacking as well. Several bathroom soap dispensers were empty, and the body wash in the shower had been watered down so much that it was essentially just water. The most concerning issue, however, was the condition of the back patio. We didn’t notice until the following morning that the patio appeared to be supported by car jacks rather than proper structural supports! Had we realized this the night before, we never would have allowed our family to gather on it. It was extremely alarming to discover after the fact, and we genuinely felt it posed a serious safety hazard. With multiple people using the patio, we were concerned it could have collapsed and caused serious injuries.Overall, this property fell far short of our expectations. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety should be priorities for any Vrbo host, and unfortunately this home did not meet those basic standards. I hope these issues are addressed before future guests stay here.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we do feel the quality of the property's condition and amenities were better represented in the photos than in person. A few callouts to hopefully help others who are considering a stay:Pros:Kids enjoyed the basement game area, which gave them a fun space to hang outLocation is walkable to the square where there are restaurants.Convenient to downtown attractionsCons:Cleanliness:There were dirty towels from previous guests left in two of the bedroomsA bed spread had several noticeable stains on itMaintenance and Amenities:The main oven was not working, which was disappointing since we had planned to cook several dinners during our stay. (The smaller oven was functional). The ladder for the bunk bed was broken and unusable. We ended up using a step stool instead, but this could be a safety concern for families with young children. The furniture in the upstairs bunk room is quite worn, with ripped cushions and exposed stuffingBathrooms:While the listing advertises four full bathrooms, one of them only has a bathtub. More importantly, the bathtub was in poor condition and not something we felt comfortable using. The listing photos don't accurately reflect its current condition. Outdoor Space:The outdoor area looked much nicer in the listing photos than it did in person. It was overgrown with weeds, and the outdoor furniture was noticeably worn.Overall, we still enjoyed our trip because of the location and the layout of the house,
