I called several days in advance because I would be arriving later than expected. They assured me everything was taken care of, but when I arrived they said my reservation had been canceled because I had not shown up. The cafe staff did not know how to make coffee drinks listed on the menu (they asked me what a latte is). WiFi was flaky, I had to leave my room and go to the elevators to get connected a lot.
