"We were lucky to be upgraded to a city street side room. Excellent! We enjoyed the late afternoon happy hour. The location was excellent for attending a concert at Rocket Arena. All staff were personable and helpful."

"I stayed 2 nights in room 219. Room and bathroom was not clean. There was no hair dryer in the room and the hotel reception told me that they would call maintenance but I was unlikely to get one “anytime soon”. The bathroom toilet was dirty when I first walked in. The hot breakfast was not available on Memorial Day morning… the list goes on. Hotel is full on the weekends but their service must keep up the cleanliness and staff availability."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean. There's a refrigerator but no microwave in the room..One elevator was under construction and the other elevators ran very slow. Other than that issue, I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is next to the stadium and walking distance to restaurants, bars, & the casino."

"Amazing atmosphere, the architecture and design were so awe-inspiring to be around. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall this is an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with lots of character. The only thing is that the area feels a bit sketchy at times... but honestly would 100% stay here again."
