"Everyone was pleasantly helpful the Elevator was slow but they were working on another in the building so it was pretty busy. Excellent location we seen a ball game which you could walk to we also walked to the casino and a few restaurants. The hotel restaurant was amazing food was hot and delicious. Homemade bbq chips were tasty. We had breakfast the day we left and it was great homemade biscuits and gravy were awesome. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Just know pretty much everywhere you go only uses debit or credit cards there not many places that take cash. The Christmas Story House was more fun than expected. Air show and Rock n Roll hall of fame was cool."

"This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in the United States. We have traveled to Europe many times and this hotel definitely has a European flair to it. Everything about it was spectacular!!! Not overly expensive and included breakfast that also was wonderful. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who is in the Cincinnati area to stay and experience it…."
