"This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in - I've stayed in better motels! First, the room was supposed to have two queen beds but had two full beds. The sofa bed was as saggy as a hammock. Half the lights in the room didn't work, or had to be physically unplugged to turn off. The kitchenette had nothing - no pots, pans, dishes, coffee machine or dish soap. OK, we thought they would give that stuff on request. But the staff was really rude and did not give anything. After repeated asking, we got only decaf pods, and a couple of extra sheets. The "Continental breakfast" next morning was a joke - only some packed boiled eggs (they ran out before we could get them), cereal bars and some packed oats (no milk). No bread, no muffin, no bananas. The staff was hard to find. This hotel was not worth the price, even if it was cheap."
