There were 2 ladies that worked the bar at night and they were back in the morning working the breakfast. They were super friendly and made our stay much more pleasurable. I wish I would have gotten their names. I also enjoyed the omelette guy singing! Great staff. 😊

The property was in a good location and looked like it was very modern on the inside checking in. However, there were many shortcomings during our stay. First, the toilet was already clogged when we arrived. Nobody came to fix it so that was fun. We checked in with 6 guests (4 were kids), but they only provided us with 2 towels. I went to the front desk to get more, but was notified that the person wasn’t there to do the laundry, and to come back in an hour. So, when I came back, there still were no towels and was told that they would bring them up to our room. So, we had to wait around in cold clothes, waiting to shower from the pool (which was very cloudy). I went to the front to get a few things (water, drinks), and they didn’t have much; nothing was stocked and there were a lot if empy shelves. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a bag or something to carry everything (I had multiple drinks), and they didn’t have any. The lady kind of laughed when I asked before she told me they didn’t have anything. So, she gave me a couple trash bags. Overall, I think it had real potential. Maybe it was just the location we stayed in, but they were lacking for sure. I think a different location may be fine, and will think about trying again, however I am partial to Marriott.

The omelet chef was the brightest part of the stay - he enjoys his work and takes great pride in delivering only the best. Unfortunately the clerk we had at check in was on the other end of the spectrum. Our room was never completely serviced - missing bathmat and coffee service was not replenished. The fact that several of the wall mounted hallway lights (which are positioned beside each room door) are hanging very crooked also demonstrates a lack of attention to detail. It is the "little things" that make a lasting impression.

First off this place is huge, and it’s owned by Hilton so you would think it would be in tip-top shape. Front desk staff was fine, not uber friendly but not mean either. We had to reserve a 45 minute time for the pool. The pool water was very cloudy and had hair pieces floating. There were ants on the floor in the pool area as well. The restaurant is very over priced, and the soda tastes gross. The breakfast staff was very friendly but breakfast itself was subpar. The only positive I found was the size of the rooms. We have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Canton, which was great, so we came into this hotel thinking it would be great as well and it was not.

I had a fanily of 7 and 5 kids two adults i asked for adjoining rooms didnt get that i asked for more towels they only put two in the room for the kids mind you are they supposed to share a towel and rag i asked if i could get more she got smart with my husband and said yall just checked in well we have more than two kids the pool security was ghetto and i didn't like it at all the hotel is beautiful but it bothered me with the low accommodations

My stay here was horrible. I would not come back. The staff was Horrible An unconsiderate Messed up my baby's birthday. I'm 😡. Wish I could have went elsewhere. But everything around me was booked. Made me even more upset. I've stayed at a whole lot of hiltons this is the worst yet.

The front desk staff were not very nice. They also said we had to reserve a time (it goes in 45 min incriments) to swim in the pool; but never told us this is different for certain days of the week. The "heated" pool was cold! The breakfast was not good. We ordered room service and were told 15 to 20 mins it was an hour and a half and just as bad as breakfast. They messed up our order and supplemented with whatever they wanted and never even took anything off of the bill. My husband who is not picky at all didn't want to finish his...... my sister also stayed here the same time as us and they told her they dropped 1 of her kids' chicken and fries dinner and they said they wouldn't remake it because it was "too late." The parking lot and sidewalks were a sheet of ice and no salt in site. There were kids running around and yelling all hours of the night. The room was spacious and decently clean. Honestly, I could have stayed at the holiday inn and gotten better service and a better experience for half the price.

Staff in the bar were super friendly. Traveling on business and the event was hosted here so made sense to stay. My room had no shower gel for 2 days and housekeeping did not service my room but thankfully I brought my own. Restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

You need a vehicle to enjoy the area. A few minutes down the road are movie theaters, restaurants and a National Park (hiking, fishing, etc.). If you are not going to rent a car - plan Uber/Lyft into your budget.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My kids didn’t like that the breakfast options the first day so they wanted to get breakfast elsewhere the next day but otherwise our room was clean and we got what we needed out of our stay. The pool was great as well.

Okay, but due to poor communication I won’t return
Everything was amazing until checkout. I’d asked the night before what was left of my incidental, and I was told I had a certain amount left. The next day, as I checked out, they told me I had a balance to pay… which I didn’t budget for nor was I expecting it. Clearly there was confusion the night before when I asked, because she didn’t say I owed when I asked what was left. The lack of communication and going over budget could have potentially had my children and I in a bad predicament had I not had backup. I don’t like surprises like that.

Beautiful hotel with terrible guests
The hotel itself is beautiful. We were there for a company Christmas party. It was the other guests of the hotel that were the problem. Cramming 10+ people in a room and leaving piles of garbage outside the door. Unsupervised kids running up and down the hallways. Just gross and disappointing.

The personal from front desk to cleaning are very friendly. Love the 2 room suites. Even with a big party downstairs it was still relatively quiet. The only down side are the out-of control kids running the halls, kicking door's, yelling, etc.

Disappointing
Within 5 minutes of being in the room I had to call the front desk and tell them that "this place was nasty and I could not stay there". The amount of large stains on the carpet multicolored stains mind you was unbelievable and that was just as you entered and walked in to the living room area of this suite. The bathroom while I look clean on the surface at first sight was equally disappointing with regard to cleanliness and and it left me wondering "didn't say Hilton on that sign out there?" I could go on but a lot of it would be negative. One bright spot is the staff they were without exception, cordial and professional and immediately responsive. The decisions that made this place unacceptable and unhealthy are probably not decisions that are made by the level of employee that I had contact with. I thank them for making the bad experience not quite as bad.

Nice looking property overall. We were in town for a conference. We wanted to relax in the pool but was dirty (hair and other floating debris) which was disappointing. We tried the restaurant for an evening meal. The food was expensive but the service was slow and the food was just okay. The highlight was probably the breakfast buffet with the made to order omelettes. The breakfast chef was also very pleasant and we had a good time.

Arrived at the hotel. The computer took like 10 minutes to boot up. No cart was available to take our luggage upstairs waited for 15 minutes until deciding to make several trips up and down with our luggage We were attending a race and had lots to carry. The carpet in our room had several burn marks/stains. The beds are tiny and very uncomfortable. Tried to take a hot bath but the water was only lukewarm. Every employee other than Aliena sp. Was there to collect a check and did not give a care about whether we enjoyed our stay or not. Needless to say if you are not attending an event that requires you to stay here by all means look anywhere else

Do better Embassy Suites
I have stayed at embassy suites in the past and it was an amazing experience so when considering a hotel for my family trip to Ohio for thanksgiving I picked embassy suites for past positive experiences. So first of all I wanted to book a suite with two Queen beds and a couch that opened to a bed so that my stepson had options where to sleep. It seemed that this hotel only had double beds in these types of rooms which is even smaller than a full size bed. How this can be an option for grown adults im not sure. I just got engaged and the bed was not even big enough to share comfortably with my new fiancé and we are small people. We all wound up sleeping in 3 separate beds and the first night was cramped because there was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed. Besides the bedding issues there were multiple fees that they tell you about when you check in. Incidental fee is $75 a night also if you want to check in early they charge you $25 but I do have to say the girl at the front was nice enough to wave that since I told her we had just go engaged. So when we checked in there were multiple issues with the room as if people had stole things off the wall and bathroom which made sense why the high incidental fee also the box springs were showing and ripped and dirty. Finally there were multiple families partying till midnight 1 am next to us that were so loud till very late and I complained and the sound still went on. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again

Check in was very chaotic and unorganized. Staff were not very helpful nor pleasant. We will be looking for other options for hotels next time we are in the area. Unexpected 75 dollar deposit upon check in and we were unaware that we needed to make a reservation for the pool ahead of time.

We have always enjoyed Embassy Suite when available at locations in our travels. Three issues of concern were: The lack of bedding for the pull out, the ice build up in the mini fridge and the additional charge for parking.

I will continue to object to the $10.00 parking fee at the Embassy Suite locations. At this specific Embassy Suites the kitchen was poorly managed. They ran out of juice, food milk and even coffee way before the end of the breakfast hours. We stayed there several days and the selections were the same every day unlike other Embassy Suites we have stayed at.
