There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to take the roll out of the other bathroom. No paper towels in the kitchen. The parking lot next door is terrible. We parked earlier than expected because of the rain storm at 4:30 pm. We were leaving the next morning at 6:45am. We did not know it was only 12 hours parking! We were going to pay extra for the 2 hours over the limit. The jerk at the lot said he had called a tow truck. If he had towed my car I would’ve been pissed and missed my appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. He was very rude!!
