The location is excellent, within walking distance to progressive field, coffee shops, and a lot downtown attractions. The host is easy to communicate with. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the strong smell of marijuana. We also noticed the bedding appeared to not have been changed out or was stained, in which case it should have been replaced. The floors were not clean, the windows and tables were dusty, the shower was also dirty. I did advise the host of these issues. He sent his cleaning service back the next day and issued me a partial refund. While I appreciate his effort, the cleaning service did nothing but change the bedding, they did not clean. I would really look into a new cleaning service. We had our 2 toddlers with us, both of which had medical issues. Cleanliness is important to us, I had to clean the place myself and chase my kids to keep them off of the floors and from touching things. Great location, friendly host, wouldn’t take kids here or anybody with any immune issues.
