This unit is on the lower level of a stone castle style home that is less than 10 miles to Downtown Cleveland and 5 miles, only 12 min, from University Circle/Cleveland Clinic/CWRU . It is furnished with elegant and classic style furniture and has authentic dark expresso hardwood flooring in all rooms with complimentary accent rugs. It also has a spacious front porch and is located near many hospitals, universities and shops/eateries. Private garage space, internet and TV are provided in addition to full amenities including linens, towels, kitchen dishware/utensils, pots/pans, and a baby crib and baby bath are also available upon request.
NOTE: Only Internet and TV are included in the VRBO rate. For extra long term stays over a month, utilities are partially covered. Electric and Gas costs in excess of $150/month and Water/Sewer costs up to $50 are covered by the tenant. Pets stays require a $300 pet cleaning fee in addition to the general cleaning fee.

A Respite Between Homes
The cozy stone castle was perfect for us in our downsizing process. We enjoyed learning about a new neighborhood and walked at least 30 minutes most mornings. The location was great for trying new restaurants and for going to downtown Cleveland. Paula and her team made our stay very comfortable. The only challenge was that we visited during a very hot summer and the air conditioning worked well for all areas except the second bedroom, which got quite warm. That's Cleveland for you!
