Nice property in an excellent location. The owner is on-site as he owns several (maybe all) of the units in the complex. The property is immaculate and the people who run the place are super nice. We had an issue early on that was immediately taken care of. Highly recommend.

Nice area.

I was looking for a place to stay on our trip to visit Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Hotels were expensive and it’s no fun sharing a room with a teenager. It was about a 20 minute drive. The area was nice. It was about a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Although we only stayed one night. I would recommend.

Amazing Rental!!!!

We rented this property for our stay during the Cat Fanciers Association International Show. Our rental was pristine and well appointed. The instructions were clear and helpful. My cat did some minor damage during our stay and the property manager was kind and reasonable as we resolved the issue. Also, restaurants and airport were convenient to the property. 10 out of 10 would rent again.

Fairview Park

The price was right. I had a knee replacement and shoulder surgery in the past, so managing the stairs was a bit challenging for me. Otherwise, this was a good choice for me.

It was spacious, modern, well equipped and the mattresses were firm and terrific (usually get squishy mattresses in short term rentals). Location was superb with a quick drive to get into the Metroparks - Cleveland area's Emerald Necklace - a gem!

Well appointed and comfortable

Loved staying here. It is clean, well furnished, and the beds are super comfortable. Felt just like home. It is in a safe neighborhood and even has a garage! Kitchen is fully loaded too. The owners were very accommodating and the maintenance staff was also very helpful. We left some items behind accidentally, and they were kind enough to contact us right away. Overall, great experience. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area.

Apartment was very nice, people were generally quiet in halls and in apartments above and below. Had everything we needed in bath, kitchen, and other rooms, as described in the listing. There was a hail storm while we were there and we were grateful for the garage to protect our car from the hail! Internet service and cable options were fast and as described. We had a wonderful time here. Jakeb was the best host- even leaving us some fun Sursees when we arrived. He was attentive before, during and after our stay at his home. The house was beautiful and well-appointed for us all. Our group was big and we all felt comfy there, plenty of seating and kitchen space to all gather. The home also had so many things for our time at the beach- wagon, beach toys, and towels. Jakeb thought of everything. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach was clean and not crowded, We all had access to the Point West Beach Club which was great as it had pools, hot tubs, a lazy river and restaurant and bar. All ages of our group loved this amenity. We would definitely come back here as we felt like we were treated like family!

It's definitely a really nice apartment and the photos for check in instructions was really nice and helpful. Kitchen is nearly fully stocked with kitchenware, but it is missing a strainer and measuring cups. The fridge and freezer is really spacious as well. The beds are firm, so if you don't like that some extra blankets is all that's needed to make it more comfortable. Smart TV is a nice touch, and there's a neat fake fireplace under it for ambience. The couches could use a few throw pillows but still they were very comfy. It smelled really really nice and that's the first thing you notice as soon as you walk in. It's very clean and well kept. Everything we needed with toiletries was there, but there was just one full sized towel that we could find. Overall, nice location and easy to find. I would absolutely book this place again coming back to Ohio.
