"Hotel has signs of wear and needs upgrades. Headboard was all scratched and stains on bed sheets. Bathroom was unusually small, especially compared to the size of the room. Bathtub with shower curtain felt dated. Excellent location for concert with easily accessible and affordable parking. Staff courteous but stopped helping me mid check-in to tend to another guest which was annoying. "

One ring meant alot to me because my late husband gave me that ring. All they could tell me is that they didn't take it. But who will admit that they took it.
