"We arrived after reception closed so had to use the out of hours screen outside but despite multiple attempts it wouldn't recognise our booking. Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually. ..."

"Hotel was a beautiful old Chateau. Our Luxe room was on 2nd floor and a lot of stairs and no lift! I also would have expected AC. Being so high up into the eaves the room was very warm.
