    If you are wanting to host an event at the home there will be additional fees and a quote will be provided to you once all the information on the event has been provided to us. If there is any additional guests after the booking guest count this qualifies as an event. Please message us to get prior approval for additional guests. Event Fee minimum is $350 per day.

The unit was clean but did not appreciate the big EXIT sign by the door. And the mattress needs to be replaced. Alsi , it would be nice to have Keurig cups other than Maxwell House.
