"The house is cute. Well appointed and clean. There is an air conditioner downstairs and window fans upstairs. Host got the house ready for us on short notice and was very communicative. The only communication issue is the spotty service in that area of NH! The house is on a highway, as most farmhouses are. We did not notice it as being particularly busy and slept with the windows open. I would definitely consider returning if we return this way!"

"Stinson Lake is absolutely beautiful, with crystal clear water and minimal boat traffic. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming every day. The house is exactly as pictured. It was easy to sleep the 6 of us. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The deck offers a terrific view of the lake. This location is also very convenient in that you can reach the Plymouth/Tenney Mtn. Highway area in 20 minutes if you need to go to a grocery store. The entrance to the water is steep. Anyone with mobility issues would have a difficult time getting down to the dock. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great property for the value - much better than plain tent camping, but still very outdoors. There is plenty of space in the lean to for personal items and sleeping equipment. The sound of the river flowing just a few feet away is really relaxing, as is the cool air coming through the screen walls. The privacy is also good - not in sight of the other units, but close enough to your car to easily take things in and out.Note there is no sink, only a toilet available on the main house. I’ll definitely be coming back for another peaceful retreat!"
