"Baumhaus war nicht 100% gereinigt, Waschbecken im Bad war schmutzig und der Esstisch sehr verklebt. Auswahl der Speisen an einem Freitag sehr sehr gering. In der Wildsauschenke war geschlossene Gesellschaft und es gab nur Waffeln zu kaufen, leider auch alle anderen Stände im Wildpark geschlossen. Kommunikation beim Check- in war nicht informativ. "We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the ambulance had to be called, we spent the day at the hospital the day of our check out, and I was so concerned because we had to get our bags, but the staff was very supportive. They were nothing but espectacular, since day one. I am so grateful. Location is very close to HB, good breakfast and the area is next to Milaneo’s mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel. "
