"They did not offer a breakfast for this price and when I asked about it the front desk told me , some get it but I am not sure why so....checking in was not friendly what so ever and I even had to have them come and fix my t.v. as it did not work plus had a large crack in the window. That person was not friendly either...it was very unsettling as well when I sent a message to the hotel manager and she just brushed me off. No apology , nothing, just that they fixed the t.v. and the crack in the window was just cosmetic so I really did not need to worry about either. The room itself was very unclean as well. I travel alot with my job and have never encountered such rudeness all the way around, from management to staff. Stay here if you don't want breakfast ( unless somehow you do get it, not sure how you are suppose to, lol) and do not care about being treated like an irritant. Very sad as this hotel is beautiful from the outside. I feel a lack of good management ."

"The shower had hair from previous guests. No hair drier as listed on website was available. No couches were in the “suite” as pictured. Only 2 beds-no closet or dresser. Washing machine ran at all hours of the day/night and vibrated so much woke us up at 230 AM. Staff smoked right outside the entrance even though a sign said must be 25 feet away to smoke. Would not recommend even in an emergency. "

"This hotel is nice, newer, great staff with a view on top. Stayed here for graduation in Pullman, WA. Easy drive if looking for a spot available outside of Pullman."

"The hotel itself appears clean but our room had trash in the drawers, the shower drain stopper was broken and so was the sink stopper. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. Although, when you pay $300+ a night, you expect a little better."

"Our beds were clean, towels and bathroom clean. Some deferred maintenance, surfaces could have been wiped down lobby was strange."

"Room was not clean, there was a sticky substance on the floor, the hand towel by the sink was stained and there was a full garbage can. The property had stained carpets in the hallways and the door by the pool was always ajar. Breakfast had limited choices and what there was ran out before 7:30. No protein options unless you count cold biscuits and gravy. "

"The room was good but the bed was hard. The staff was helpful. The whole reason why I booked my stay here was because it said the pool was open. Was expecting to be able to jump in the pool and hot tub but the pool was completely drained. The hot tub was warm but the jets seemed like they was only there to move the water around. If you are going to stay here for the pool call to see if the pool is actually open"
