"The room is very well appointed and spacious . Loved it ( was a little surprised to find the carpet, not entirely clean as it was visible food remnant still on the floor. Also, the coffee maker was not working. I called downstairs and within minutes they had replaced the coffee maker. They even gave me two free drinks at Starbucks plus a box of cookies. I appreciate that they acknowledged this and were so quick to rectify the situation. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was typical sausage eggs a few bread and cereal choices. Yogurt and juice. And waffle maker not a huge spread but for the price it’s perfect. The hotel gym is closed permanently and dryer was not working. The hotel is worn out and tired looking but it was ‘clean enough’ I wasn’t expecting much for the price. The bed was a little firm but fine. The bathroom was a little luster with caulking loose around the sink and rust in the bottom of tub but again this was all cosmetic “tired” stuff it was fine with me it fit our budget. I will say the location is perfect easy to walk to many restaurants and a grocery store. Also it was very quite when I was there no issues at night that’s a real plus. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak about that. The elevator is slow so I took the stairs most of the time because I was on the second floor. If I was in the area I would definitely stay again but just have your expectations straight when you stay here it’s a budget friendly and great location with nice staff."

"Everything’s amazing until we booked a spa my friend and I two for Tuesday. The staff was so rude. I never wanna really go back there again. Everything else was amazing but the spa. They got angry with us when we weren’t sure where to go or what we were doing she came into pretty much the greatest, and then they put us into these tubs. My girlfriend had a broken shoulder, left us. There never came back. We had to figure it out for ourselves for the rest of it, and when I went to talk to them, they turned this little do not speak to us, cause I’m on the phone sign around I unbelievable you can talk to somebody else. There was no one else around. They just kind of left us high and dry. I almost didn’t wanna go back. I go back to everything else, but not the spa. !! rude and ignorant! But just a spy everything else was amazing"
