Breakfast comes with the price of the room and is a selection of fruit, yoghurt or pastries as well as coffee, tea and/or juices. It is very reasonably priced."

"It was like stepping back in time. Cynthia and Dave have decorated and set up these rooms, dating back to 1894, just amazingly. Comfortable, spacious and delightful surroundings right in the heart of downtown Buffalo. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Talking with Cynthia on the phone, she was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Then later Dave stopped by and dropped off some homemade rhubarb bread, what a treat! He was also very friendly and offered lots of information about the building and the improvements he and Cindy have done to it. Again, our stay was totally amazing."
