Our private 1 Bedroom suite overlooks the river and offers the most amazing view in the resort. Sleeps 4 comfortably, our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals, or enjoy some of our fabulous local dining options in the area. Prefer to order in? The Lodge offers in-room dining for your convenience. Located on the ground floor, our patio is steps from the pool and offers easy access to the pet area and convenient parking.

Me and my family stayed here for a 2nd time. It’s a great location facing the pool and mountains. Beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. Suncadia restaurant prices can be expensive so it’s nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Close to hiking and biking trails. We love coming here and will likely come back for a visit next year. Room was clean! Host was very responsive!

Relaxing Family Getaway at Suncadia!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Suncadia! The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and the serene surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway.

Love the location of this westward facing room. Seeing the sunsets and easy access to the pool (compared to other locations with balconies or east facing). It would be a perfect condo location with dogs. Bed was very comfortable. There were fewer amenities in the kitchen for cooking (eg- no cooking spray) compared to other condos.

Perfect Winter Stay

The unit was in the perfect location for our family with pups. Gorgeous view and easy access to pup area. The unit had everything we needed to cook and the resort had plenty of food options.

Our Suncadia stay

We enjoyed our stay even with the weather feeling more like fall then summer. We took advantage of all the great trails for hiking and taking in the scenery in the area. Our dog loved this too!

Excellent Location & Awesome View

The lodge and this suite are lovely. Our host was very responsive and helpful when I accidentally left something behind. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The views are amazing.

This condo completely exceeded our expectations. We had some other vacation plans fall through, so booked this very last minute. Suncadia Resort is amazing! The view from this unit is incredible. We were traveling with kids and a dog, so we especially loved that we had a little patch of grass out back and were able to access the pool from the back of the unit as well. This meant we did not need to walk through the lodge to let our dog out or run to and from the pool. We were only there for two nights, but the unit had everything we needed. Loved the pool, restaurant, and trails. Oh, and that view! We will definitely be back!

Lovely space!

This place is lovely! Light-filled, amazing river views, huge bathroom, games, and a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the unit as well as our time around the resort. The bar and restaurant are completely renovated and it’s got an airy, modern lodge feel!

Beautiful ground floor unit with a view

Great place with updated kitchen. Ground floor was perfect for the kids, as they could walk right out and run around and play in the snow. Would definitely recommend for a family with smallish kiddos.

Great weekend getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at Suncadia. Despite a relatively warm winter weekend the snow was adequate to head out to the tubing hills and build a snowman. The lodge pool was nice and warm and despite the hot tub being out of service the main pool was nearly hot tub temp :). The rooms were clean and kitchen well-appointed. Great view of local river valley. Would stay again!

Lovely Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was well appointed & clean. Bed was very comfortable. View from condo was beautiful. Wished they had an adult only pool but otherwise all amenities were great. Lucinda was easy to communicate with & a good host.

Better than pictures!

It's not surprising so many reviewers have said they have returned to this condo multiple times. It is super clean, spacious and comfortable. Lucinda was very communicative and friendly. For being pet friendly, it has no signs or smells of pets. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Suite at Suncadia Lodge

We had an amazing stay in this suite. The balcony overlooking the pool and the trees was possibly our favorite part. Sitting out there in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine was honestly a highlight of our trip. The view was so beautiful and relaxing. The suite itself was gorgeous as well and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your suite. We will definitely return.

Delightful

I don’t usually write reviews for properties but this rental was just so perfect. The interior space is well appointed and they’ve gone above and beyond with thoughtful touches like all the ingredients needed for a delicious coffee and a broad selection of toiletries. The view from the unit is stunning, the pool is very nice and the patio is perfect for early morning fresh air or watching the sunset. The property overall is wonderful and we’d definitely return if in the area again.

VRBO Stay at Suncadia - Cozy but Updates needed

The location was very nice and the view was beautiful. A few things were not working at the property and were disappointing about the stay. The toaster did not work, oven and stove were not very responsive so cooking took some time to figure out, the living room TV remote wasn't working either. The bathtub stopper did not work either and we were unable to take a bath. There were hairs and stains left on the primary bedding. That was very disappointing. There was dust and spider webs on the walls and ceiling. Overall the property was very cozy, just some upkeeping needs to be done to the stay.
