You will love this 3,000-square foot custom home has an excellent location on the Prospector Golf Course, mountain and forest views, and has exclusive access to all of the amenities at Suncadia Resort. It is close to the village core with easy access to the Swim and Fitness Center, Glade Spring Spa, and fine dining at the Lodge. As you drive up to this home you are greeted by intricate iron and glass doors that open into a large, vaulted great room. This a natural gathering area for guests with a cushy sectional couch, 75-inch flat-screen TV, and folding doors that open up to a beautiful outdoor living area. From the living room, you see the gourmet kitchen with high-end, stainless-steel appliances and an island with four surrounding stools. The folding windows in the kitchen open fully to allow the ultimate indoor-outdoor vibe. The dining room table has an additional eight seats, although, upon request, can be converted to accommodate up to 16 people. This is a great spot for card games and puzzles once dinner is wrapped up!

Nice house!

House is very nice, just needs a little work to be perfect. The house needed a bit of cleaning and the appliances need a fixing. The oven does not work right and the light would not shut off. The sink is not connected to the countertop properly. When we went to use the pull out bed the sheets were covered in candy wrappers. Other than those few things the house was perfect for our family get together. The back patio table is perfect for evening dinners and Suncadia's amenities are wonderful.

We loved this house

This house was perfect for our family thanksgiving celebration. It was perfectly set up for all we needed. We even got to see a heard of Elk walking through the golf course.

Really nice property

With great supplies and clean however I am allergic to dust and was pretty stuffed up and we got rashes from the bedding bot sure why but the actually amenities, property and management were amazing. Thank you.

Great stay at this amazing property!

This is an incredible house! Probably the best stocked house I have ever rented on VRBO. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend cooking and relaxing. The location is very convenient to everything Suncadia has to offer. Our party had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house. We look forward to staying here again.
