This privately owned one bedroom, one bath unit features a full kitchen, deck overlooking the tree-lined resort, washer/dryer, and a pull out queen sofa bed. Resort amenities include 3 restaurants, 2 golf courses, golf park, Swiftwater Winery, lodge pool/hot tubs, fire pits with nightly s’mores, and miles of trails! There are many of seasonal activities as well — summer concerts at Nelson farm, harvest festival, and ice skating in the village. Your next vacation is just a click away!

About This Condo:

-Bedroom: King size bed with TV and desk space
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, stainless steel appliances (gas range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,microwave), Keurig coffee maker, and blender
-Living area: a table that seats four plus 2 barstools, sofa that has a queen size pull out bed, gas fireplace,TV, slider doors that lead to balcony with seating
-Bathroom: Shower and bathtub, hair dryer provided
-In unit washer and dryer
-Located on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access
-Looks out over the forest side of the lodge
-Free parking and EV chargers available

-You do have access to the Lodge Pool and Hot Tub
- You DO NOT have access to the Indoor Swim and Fitness center or Nelson farm pool. This is a privately owned unit and not managed by Suncadia***
