A newly built 2020 square foot Rambler, central air with a thermostat controlled propane fireplace. The neighborhood consists of 3 to 30 acre parcels. Hidden Valley, a dead end road next to state and private property, was once a 600 acre dry wheat farm wherein “Majestic Bull Elk” are seen wintering. A wonderful setting to relax, have a cup of coffee or glass of wine and take in the stunning natural beauty the area has to offer.

Rules

The house is on a septic system. Do not flush anything but toilet paper in the toilets. Do not put any oils or debris down the kitchen sink.
PETS, don’t let them wander through the bedrooms. There is a sheet in the master closet that can be put over the bedspread.
Please don’t leave your dog if it might have an accident, claw on the doors or chew furnisher. It’s best to bring a crate for the pet dogs.
