Set against the backdrop of tranquil open meadows near Nelson Farm, this modern mountain home combines elegant design with cozy comfort and breathtaking Pacific Northwest views.

No loud music/noise outside the home during quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am. If we receive noise complaint from Suncadia, upto $500 fine maybe applied.
Maximum of 6 guests may use hot tub at any given time. No foods/drinks allowed in the hot tub. Dirty hot tub may require drain+refill fee unto $150
Burning wood or charcoal fires during seasonal burn, leaving a fire pit unattended into the overnight hours will be subject to fine of $500.
