"Absolutely amazing! If you’re traveling on the Oregon Coast, this is a must stay - one night minimum, two-three nights even better. So close to Kiwanis State Park and Pacific City. This place is great!"

"This was our first VRBO experience as a family, so we were really excited. The house was very clean, there were tons of board games we played in the evening...the beds were so comfortable...and the beach was just a couple minutes away down the dead end road. The only thing I'd like to mention is that was a little "meh" was how close the neighbors are - we had to close the blinds because they were literally looking into the living room and dining area while they were sitting on their front porch lol...that and the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, at the back of the house past the living room and kitchen. Not a deal breaker, though! I typically go to bed before my husband and son and I didn't hear a peep from the tv, so I especially appreciated how insulated the house is. :)We will definitely be back!! "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Palms at the Beach! The house was super clean and inviting! While it wasn’t right on the beach it was a really short walk (less than 0.2 of a mile) to the beach and had convenient beach access. They had a generous selection of beach activities and beach chairs so everyone was able to enjoy the beach. I’m looking forward to our next stay at Palms at the Beach."

"The house is spacious and in a great location, right on the beach with great views, lots of parking, easy check-in (although not until 5 pm which we think is very late.) Hot tub is great. We asked for an earlier check-in and a later than 10 am check-out, but both were denied. The cleaners were still working when we arrived at 5. One of the beds had dirty sheets which we washed. The kitchen is well-equipped (although the ice maker didn't work so the host had to provide ice for us). The grill did not work. Communication was prompt, but not always with satisfactory results. In general we liked the house."

"We thought the place was cute and cozy. It is an interesting layout with the potential to sleep 9-10 with children in 3 bedrooms. The house is a little older and showing some wear but you can tell the owners did absolutely everything they could to make sure you had everything you would need. The new huge washer and dryer are a perfect example. Beach access is a short walk and you are close enough to Pacific City to gather everything you might need. We would stay there again."
