A log cabin on the lake with a sauna and a fireplace, nestled in the heart of the Harz Mountains and forests

  • Welcome to your home by the lake! Just a stone’s throw from the lake (50 metres), we’ve made our dream of a log cabin come true. From summer 2020 to early 2021, this Scandinavian-style home was lovingly built. But we want to share this dream with you: In this idyllic setting, you’ll have the opportunity to spend a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a lakefront holiday home in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Harz Mountains!

    You’ll have your own private garden at your disposal. Just a 50-meter walk separates the garden from the Waldsee; here, nature awaits you, and here you’ll become one with nature. Whether you’re swimming, jogging, biking, kitesurfing, hiking, or simply relaxing and doing nothing on holiday, the location in the heart of the Upper Harz will make your heart race. Our house is situated in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Upper Harz Water Management System, which practically invites you to explore it. Anglers will also find plenty to enjoy here: A guest card gives you access to 50 different lakes for fishing. Five of them are no more than a 10-minute walk from the house.

    We now have a barrel sauna in the garden. This way, you can unwind after your activities in the mountains and then relax even further in front of the fireplace.

Ein wunderschönes Blockhaus, perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub im Harz. Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und den unkomplizierten Kontakt mit den Gastgebern.

Entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern

Wir haben uns rund um Wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der näheren Umgebung gab es eine kleine Pizzaria, einen kleinen Strand und einen wunderschönen Wanderweg im nahegelegenen Wald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Das Einzige was wir als Kaffeetrinker vermisst haben, ist eine Kaffeefiltermaschine. Aber dafür gehörte eine Kapselmaschine zur Einrichtung.Die Eigentümer durften wir kurz persönlich kennen lernen. Sie sind sehr nett und freundlich gewesen. Bei Fragen hätten wir sie jederzeit telefonisch kontaktieren dürfen. Also Rund-um gut versorgt.
