"The location was incredibly convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay. I look forward to coming back!"
"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night.
Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep.
Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."
"There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. In general, the room wasn’t in good condition.
Positive: it’s right next to a metro and a supermarket "
"Didn’t expect it to be shared with other rooms with people also sharing. The bathroom had a weird smell also maybe from the drainage. Shower and bed were nice but average overall"

"Such a perfect stay. After initially booking a room in central Rome we decided to change as we wanted something with a pool that was affordable.
We had the best time. Although the pool and sun beds were in high demand we managed to get a space each day.
We enjoyed the restaurant on site twice but didn’t eat at the pizzeria next door.
We used uber to get in and out of Rome centre each day - it saved a lot of time and hassle trying to work out the transport system after seeing varied reviews.
The tram opposite was super loud although couldn’t be heard from inside the hotel room.
Would 100% recommend staying here and we’d return to this hotel if we were to visit again and would also seek the same brand in alternative countries. "
"We stayed at the Cross Hotel during a recent visit to Rome, and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it’s within walking distance to several major sites. In particular, it’s very close to Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, and just a short walk to the stunning Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, which made it easy to explore some of the city’s most beautiful churches on foot.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were well-maintained and quiet which is a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
However, it’s important to mention that the surrounding area can feel a bit dark at night, and there are quite a few homeless people along the way and even directly across the street. While I didn’t have any negative encounters, it’s something to keep in mind, especially if you’re walking back late in the evening.
If you’re looking for a hotel with few amenities and convenient access to some of Rome’s historical churches and landmarks, Cross Hotel is a strong choice, just be aware of the local surroundings after dark."
"The hotel is clean, buffet at the vineyard is delicious and offers a variety of flavorful options, accessible to all types transportations. Friendly staff ready to make sure all your needs are met. Highly recommended. "
"This hotel is well situated, near the Termini train station, walking distance from Basilica Sata Marcia Maggiore and San Giovanni Laterano. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and we are sleeping very well with quiet at night. "
"Excellent hotel! Friendly and hardworking staff, spotless room, and the breakfast was superb! The rooftop restaurant’s food and service are exceptional - definitely a top-notch dining experience! The hotel is close to major tourist attractions. Can’t wait to come back to Rome and stay at this lovely hotel again. Highly recommended! Don’t think twice - book it now!"
