Amenities were fine. Comfortable. Super cute and cozy. The floors and bathroom (toilet area) need a deep cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The place was cute and charming. It was clean and comfortable with small things like soap, shampoo and towels available. The only thing is that there is a gas fireplace in the living room but the bedrooms got super cold during the night. There was a plug in heater available though but it was in the living room when I went to sleep. I would definitely stay there again if I ever had to go there.

Delightful farm house

What a hidden gem. We stayed here for an event over in White Lake. Close enough to be convenient! The house had modern amenities and a kitchen with cooking tools. Really felt like home. Thank you to Carolyn for doing a wonderful job hosting.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again!

Legit old farm house wonderful! Bed could have been more comfortable, and it was hard to get an uber to a event that was 20 minutes away

The farmhouse was easy to find and lawn was cut. It was cute and the air conditioning was on when we got in, which was nice! We had excellent Wi-Fi service and the kids loved the Myrtle Beach monopoly game! There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom but the homeowner quickly resolved that matter. There were a few water bugs, but it was in the country and made with wood so may be those should occasionally be expected?

We also are VRBO owners. I dfelt like the kitchen area could have been ckeaner, microwave dirty, leftovers in refrig. We charge the same rate this time of year in MB, i found many improvements could be made. Leaving the key in the door for our arrival id not safe, extension cords for lighting shouls be improved. Although it is not the owners fault, the neighbors and there poor dog chained out back to a dog house which is inhuman and illegal. I did mention to the owner who said he was a renter. I will report to the county because i am a dog lover.

Good for a one-night stay

Grass was cut and property maintained pretty well. Inside was clean for the most part. Traces of chips on the floor & live bugs inside the sheets in that had to be evicted in master room and some hair on the shower shelf. No extra cleaning fees though. We just needed a place to crash to get to Whiteville for an event so it served it's purpose and the price was perfect. Warning....shower head facing opening of shower door and literally shoots water a good 6in outside of the shower onto floor. No way to turn water on without this happening. Got completely soaked trying to turn water off and it was all over the floor so most of our towels were used to wipe up the mess. AC and lights were on for us when we arrived and futon was very comfy.
