This independent suite is perfect for a weekend get-away, or for longer-stay traveling workers. The suite comes with a dedicated driveway and carport, along with a new HVAC unit (July 2026) ensuring guests will stay comfortable year-round.
    This one bedroom (King bed) and one bathroom suite provides a full sized stand-up shower. The kitchenette includes hot plates, microwave, fridge, sink, Keurig with provided pods and eating utensils, making eating out an option and not a requirement. The suite also includes a high top table and chairs for four along with a TV, which is located in the bedroom. A covered parking spot is included and neighborhood street parking is available as well. It is not uncommon to see deer in the open space behind the house making this property an ideal and serene location to stay. So, kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Clarksville and our serene space has to offer.
