"The lobby and exterior of the hotel are well maintained. The bed was clean. We have a small well behaved mini dachshund. Upon entering our room assigned on the first floor our dog zeroed in on an area in front of the couch. We found vomit all over the floor. I went back to the desk and asked for another room and was assigned a room on the second floor. This room had dog hair in the drawers and on the floor. The body wash bottle in the shower was empty. A screw had fallen out of the door lock mechanism and was on the floor. It seems the rooms designated for guests with pets are neglected. The hallways and carpets in the pet wings of the hotel had loose dirt and dog hair evident both days of our stay. We will not return."

"Check-in was flawless. All the staff were exceptional! Highly accommodating, welcoming and friendly. The room was exceptional. Very clean, and exactly as I reserved online. The hotel throughout, was very clean and kept up. The outside grounds, from an aesthetical perspective, definitely needs a little TLC. Nonetheless, the stay was very comfortable. The location is very convenient. I would definitely return to this property without any hesitation."
