"The stay was ok, and that is the best I can say. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I wouldn't say it was good. The refrigerator did not work properly and was dripping water on the inside, which the maintenance person said all of them are like that. Also, the shower was a little dingy. I also made some requests that were ignored, so be aware that even if you have a valid reason, like health issues, that you run the risk of having those requests ignored."

"Filed insurance claim, had to cancel the stay, not able to cancel. We’ll see if the “upsell” of trip insurance is a joke or legit when and if I ever get a response. Been booking along time through Expedia, extremely disappointed. Likely changing future booking app if this ends sideways"
