"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Besides the fact that the whole Montclar area won our hearts as we cycled through it, we have to commend the friendliness of the owners, the top-grade food served for dinner, and the delightful chalet-style setting.
