"Very quiet area and certainly good for unwinding. The walk from the parking area to the house was a challenge for an older person with no pathway, and clumpy grass patches on heavily pitted soil were difficult to negotiate in the dark. The kitchen was well equipped and the host kindly provided breakfast supplies. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time and a large king size. The bathroom is tiny and lacks enough vanity space to hold toilet bag and clean clothes, or hooks...

"Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs."
