"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room we were given was amazing with beautiful views across central Ottawa. The staff were also very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to the staff member who served us at breakfast. She was busy on her own, but gave wonderful service to everyone and was very efficient. The food was a la carte but at a very high standard. It was delicious especially the eggs benedict and banana bread.The reception staff were great too. The special welcome drink for every guest on the first night at the bar with views was very welcoming. The location is very central and easy to walk. Only negative i can say about the hotel is the front of it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside, but the inside is modern and well maintained."

"Very clean room and property. Kitchenette and balcony were a plus. Breakfast provided was a nice. Breakfast wraps, yogurt, fruit, cereals were available. I only wish they had rooms with King Size beds but otherwise it was a perfect stay in a great location. "
