The Space:

Perfect for large group stays, celebrations and family gatherings, this elegant Georgian country house offers exclusive use of a spacious private estate — ideal for bringing everyone together in one place.



Sleeping up to 17 guests across 9 bedrooms, the house is designed for comfort, space and shared experiences, with generous living areas, a dedicated dining room seating all guests, and multiple spaces to relax or celebrate together.



Inside, you’ll find a large country kitchen fully equipped for group cooking, a separate dining room for memorable meals, a cosy snug, a large living room with log burner, and even a purpose-built bar room and events space — perfect for birthdays, gatherings and special occasions.



The 9 bedrooms include 2 super kings, 2 kings, 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single, with several rooms featuring sinks and period details. Bathrooms are well distributed across the house, including multiple baths, showers and ground-floor WCs, ensuring comfort for larger groups.



Set within 8 acres of private grounds, the property offers plenty of space to unwind outdoors — from lawn games and outdoor dining to peaceful walks through orchard and meadow, all leading down to a tranquil pond.



With its combination of character, space and privacy, this house offers a unique alternative to multiple hotel rooms — giving your group the freedom to stay, dine and relax together under one roof.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house during their stay. Two attic rooms are generally reserved for the owners’ use but can be made available on request for additional sleeping space.



There is private on-site parking.



All grounds are for guests to enjoy, including lawns, orchard and the man-made pond at the bottom of the garden.

Set in peaceful Pembrokeshire countryside, the house offers privacy, open views and easy access to scenic country walks and local wildlife. The village of Clarbeston Road with its local pub is just 1 mile away, while the market town of Haverfordwest is a 5–10 minute drive for shops, cafés and restaurants.



Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline, beaches and coastal paths are typically 25–40 minutes by car, making this an ideal base for exploring West Wales.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for exploring the wonderful Pembrokeshire countryside and coast.

There is on-site parking by the house for at least 5+ cars, with additional space available if required. The property is accessed via a private lane, making arrival and departure easy for larger groups.



Other Things to Note:

If needed, there is an additional king bedroom and single room in the attic area, offering extra flexibility for larger groups.



There is parking for at least eight cars on site. The private lane leading to the property can also be used for additional parking if required.



Please note that electric vehicle charging is not available at the property. For safety and to protect the home’s electrical system, charging vehicles using household outlets is not permitted.

There are public EV charging stations available in nearby towns around Clarbeston Road, and guests are encouraged to use these during their stay. We’re happy to point you in the right direction if needed.
