Welcome to a characterful stone cottage, located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in a charming, peaceful co-ownership. This pleasant holiday home offers you all the comfort for a relaxing stay with friends or family.



Discover the cottage "Côté Sud" with an area of approximately 124 m², in the countryside, ideal for family or friends' holidays.



This beautiful Mas is located in a charming co-ownership, in a quiet area with 6 other independent dwellings and with no overlooking neighbours. It is situated in the heart of Provençal Drôme, near the village of Clansayes.

•A warm living area with lounge and dining area

•4 bright bedrooms, including one on the garden level with private shower room, ideal for more privacy (bed and toilet linen included, except pool towels)

•A heated 8x3.5m private and secure swimming pool with a roller shutter, perfect for enjoying the beautiful days from spring to autumn

•And, you have access to the second shared swimming pool with other accommodations, measuring 11.4m x 5.30m, enclosed
