  • Perched on a hillside near the Château de Panat, this former sheepfold offers a splendid view of the valley and the Marcillac vineyards.<br>Everything is designed to ensure you have a wonderful time with family or friends.<br>Its setting and swimming pool invite you to relax.<br>This stone building with its slate roof features a 10/3.5-meter pool, an outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill and deep fryer, and two additional terraces with a ping-pong table and a pétanque court.<br>It features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, an indoor hammock, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen.<br>Ideally located 15 minutes from Rodez, you can visit the many beautiful villages in the surrounding area, such as Belcastel, Salles-la-Source, Rodelle, and Conques... the Aubrac region, the Tarn Gorges...

Family holiday

Really lovely relaxing holiday. The location is 10 minutes from the airport and only a 20 minute drive from Rodez. There is a shop, bakery and cafe's in walking distance (although along a road with no path). Its quiet and peaceful with beautiful views over the valley, which is especially nice with the swimming pool. The house is clean, with fully equipped amenities. The host was easily contactable and helped us out with any questions we had. The only thing I would say is the stairs might not be suitable for people with restricted mobility. But it suited us very well and thank you for a lovely stay.

We were so sad to leave that beautiful house with this unbelievable breathtaking view. We're so thankful and fascinated, because we never seen something like this before. It's really a place of heaven on earth. The pool was fantastic, also the area. thank you for everything.

Une grande maison très bien aménagée où rien ne manque. Configuration vraiment idéale pour 2 familles avec 2 enfants chacune.La grande piscine qui surplombe un paysage extraordinaire constitue le gros plus de la location.Accueil et échanges très aimables avec Cedric Daffini, arrangeant et très à l'écoute.Un tout petit bémol sur l'absence de clim aux 2 étages, il peut faire vraiment très chaud sous les velux...Tout le reste était parfait, la région est superbe et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine !

Un très beau lieu avec une vue exceptionnelle et location très calme , entourée de verdure dans le joli village de Panat et son château. L’ intérieur de la location est design et fonctionnel, la piscine est un atout devant ce paysage fantastique avec des couchers de soleil incroyables, exposé Sud-ouest . La superficie du jardin n’ est pas très grande mais “ l’ ouverture” au paysage et ses variations de lumière tout le long du jour nous invite à l’ émerveillement . Cedric est très disponible et répond immédiatement . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Petit bémol , des coussins sur le mobilier extérieur auraient été les bienvenus . Nous recommandons

Vacances au vert avec vue excepionnelle

Tout ce que nous recherchions était au rendez-vous : le calme, une vue fabuleuse, une piscine très agréable, et de nombreuses choses à visiter aux alentours… Nous avons même eu plus que ce que nous espérions. Des vacances vraiment merveilleuses !Un grand merci à notre hôte, disponible et attentionné, qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils précieux pour découvrir la région.Le seul petit bémol : l'absence de climatisation, surtout en pleine canicule… mais ce détail a vite été oublié tant la vue était exceptionnelle et les équipements nombreux. Mention spéciale à la machine à glaçons, qui a rafraîchi nos nombreux cocktails au bord de la piscine !

La villa située dans un petit village très agréable et tranquille est un excellent point de départ pour visiter l Aveyron . Maison très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre avec sa magnifique vue et sa piscine (bienvenue pour les chaudes après midi!) . Je recommande vivement. Cédric est également très accommodant.

Maison très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de soin avec une vue imprenable sur les environs. Le propriétaire est très serviable et réactif. La piscine chauffée apporte un vrai plus à séjour . Nous avons aimé y séjourné en famille.

Superbe maison au calme avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison tout confort et très bien équipée !! Au calme, avec une vue magnifique, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et visiter la région. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande fortement !
