"mould around the bathroom tiles, bathroom window and curtain, rust on the shower head, dust on tbe bathroom mirror and an e.pyy toilet roll cardboatd core.
In the main bedroom room, we found a ceiling repair painted white, a totally different colour from the rest of the room, cobwebs on the room sprinkler head, poor condition of the bed blanket throw and an extremely small television.
We did not stay and returned home after the offer of an alternative room which was no different to our first reserved room."

"The communication from Chris the host was excellent, she was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of extra information about the area. The chalet was clean, comfortable and well appointed, its location was amazing with such beautiful loch walks fantastic for our dog. The local cafe, Inn and locals in general were all so welcoming. I would definitely recommend the chalet to anyone wanting beautiful scenery on your doorstep!"

"We were disappointed that there was no welcome pack, not even a teabag. The location is wonderful, but for the money paid, cleanliness wasn’t great. The dishwasher hadn’t been completely emptied, cobwebs visible, sofa corners - not pleasant & log basket wasn’t full for our first cold night indoors. The downstairs shower leaked water all over the floor under the glass side panel. But the house is lovely - just a bit more TLC."
