"I paid extra for a room with a microwave. When i called the front desk to report we didnt have one, i was told just use the one in the lobby. When i took a shower it flooded the entire bathroom. When i asked for a room move, they refused. On top of that, my daughter wasnt able to use the

as it was closed for no apparent reason and tje a/c barley cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. Plus theres a ton of homeless, and shady looky characters all around."
